1. How much are tickets?

• Tickets are $250 each
• To buy tickets before they’re gone, visit: catholiccharitiesoregon.ejoinme.org/tickets
• While a reservation is required, no physical tickets are issued.
• Guests will check-in at registration upon their arrival.
• Guest information needed by May 1, to donations@ccoregon.org including: First and Last name, Email* and phone # as back up, whether a guest needs the vegan meal, and credit card information optional (helps speed up the registration process night of)

2. How can I sponsor this event?

• To become a sponsor, visit: catholiccharitiesoregon.ejoinme.org/sponsors
• Guest information needed by April 18 to donations@ccoregon.org including: First and Last name, Email* and phone # as back up, whether a guest needs the vegan meal, and credit card information optional (helps speed up the registration process night of)
• Ads for Platinum and Gold sponsors due April 18 to be included in the printed program.
• Logos for Platinum-Silver and names of Bronze and Partner due by April 18 to be included in printed program.
• Sponsorship levels: Presenting $50K, Platinum $25K, Gold $10K, Silver $7.5K, Bronze $5k, and Partner $3K.

3. When is the event and what can I expect night of?

• The event is Saturday, May 18 (doors open at 5pm) at an exciting new venue called AVENUE here in Portland.
• There will be live music, novelty cocktails, a vintage photo booth and more.
• Mater Dei’s very own Patrick Ryan will be emceeing the event.
• We have returned to an in-person only tabled event with delicious food provided by Vibrant Table.

4. Is there a theme and what should I wear?

• At this year’s Celebration of Hope we are excited to celebrate Catholic Charities 90th anniversary.
• We will share a little about the history of Catholic Charities and share stories from the work we’re doing today.
• In honor of our anniversary, we are leaning into the era and encouraging folks to dress up in feather headbands, flapper dresses, and dapper suits (think Great Gatsby vibes).

5.What do I need to know about parking?

• General parking map
• First come first serve free parking; 80 spots available (P1)
• VIP Parking lot for Platinum sponsors (P3)
• Complimentary parking passes for additional Platinum and Gold sponsors (P4) 
• Uber vouchers available for all attendees the night of the event. Click here for instructions on how to secure your voucher. 

6. What is on the menu and are their allergen friendly options?

• Hors d’ oeuvres will be passed during the cocktail hours from 5-6pm
• Plated Salad and Rustic bread at every seat
• Entrees:  Default meal is Pastrami Spiced Beef short Rib dairy-free, gluten-freeBraised Red Cabbage, Fried Potatoes, Roasted baby Carrots, Dill, Fennel & Pickled Mustard Seeds
  - Vegan option is Roasted Cauliflower Gluten-free, vegan
  - Quinoa & Roasted Mushrooms, Braised Fennel, Carrots & Mushroom Broth .

• Dessert included.
• Signature cocktail and mocktail included as well as beer and wine
• Additional cocktails, cash bar.
